Flu Immunizations
During Flu season (October through February), Wayne County Health Department offers flu immunizations for all adults. For children, flu immunizations are included in the schedule for childhood immunizations.A fee of $30 is currently charged for the immunization, and Medicare part B cards are accepted for payment.
Flu immunizations are recommended for all adults, but especially for those with chronic disease.
Children at high risk are also advised to get the vaccination.
